&lt;p&gt;Nevertheless, the rootcause being related to a caching error, there may remain disturbances on users of some fgov.be services.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Users still having issues are adviced to clear their cache so the issue doesn&amp;#39;t remained registered.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In case of users still having issue, it is adviced to clear the DNS caching. This can occur by following these steps:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. Search for cmd in the Start Menu, right-click Command Prompt, and select Run as administrator.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
2. Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
3. You&amp;#39;ll see a confirmation: &amp;quot;Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache&amp;quot;.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
