Scope :

With release VAS-HA.R2026.1, the ‘Identify’ token scope was blocked in the Vitalink PRD environment. This hotfix now applies the same change to ACC, potentially impacting integrations and requiring updates in coordination with eHealth. You find more details in the release notes on our website.

Impact :

Applications using the Healthcare REST realm must set up eHealth Token Exchange for the connection with Vitalink. Applications using the M2M REST realm must verify whether their onboarding includes the ‘Identify’ scope; if so, a scope change must be requested with eHealth. Integrations not updated accordingly may experience authentication failures.
