There are currently issues impacting the ItsMe service.

Our technical teams are investigating and working on a solution to resolve the issue as fast as possible.

Since 9:40 AM CET, we are experiencing a technical problem, impacting 25% or more of our transactions.

Between 12:07 and 12:22, there were disturbances impacting the Recip-e services (Prescriber, Executor and Patient).

Issue was solved from 12:22.

Users may have received time-out messages or a SOA-02001 error.

General practitioners using CareConnect or HealthOne cannot create or send certificates of incapacity of work. There will be an intervention on Tuesday 09/12, which should resolve the issue following the traffic switches planned on Wednesday 10/12 between 12:00 and 16:30.

End users can temporarily fall back on the paper version.

End users receive the error "Cannot call DAAS-service" when trying to create or send a certificate of incapacity of work.

Due to internal issues the CoZo Services were not fully available.

There were general issues retrieving results in CoZo.

During this period, users were unable to access results, causing a temporary disruption to normal operations.

Update 10:30 : Impact seems to be resolved since 10:20 following a switch, our teams will keep monitoring the services

Update 10:00 : Impact on CHIV seems to be resolved in the meantime, our teams continue investigating

Since 10:00, an increase in timeouts and delays have been noticed on the Recip-e Prescriber and Executor services.

Our teams are investiging the issues.

The business impact remains limited, but between 10 and 25% of the calls are experiencing delays or timeouts.

We are currently having issues on Memberdata our technical teams are working to fix this as soon as possible, we apologize for any inconveniences

Disturbances for multiple services using IdentifyPerson: 

• EH IAM HOSTING
• EH WS LINK HOSTING
• EH WS THERAPEUTIC LINKS HOSTING
• MyDIA Mgt

We see instability on all our platforms.
MyCarenet, WalCarenet, IrisCarenet for different services. The impact fluctuates, it is limited at a few minutes at a time and impact different services differently.

The rootcause has been found and solved. All services have been stabelized.
