Description

There are currently issues with Data Attribute Service (DAAS). 

Users (physicians) may experience issues with Mult-eMediatt and the TRIO platform.

Our partner is investigating the issue.

UPDATE 16:00: a switch was done to decrease the impact. 

Impact

There are around 25% of failure on the IndemnityBeneficiary calls (used to control if a patient has rights to benefits). These call are only integrated in the Mult-eMediAtt service. 

Users of Trio should not have any errors.

The errors should decrease the switch of 16:00.

Update: the incident has been solved.

There are currently issues with multiple eHealth services, such as Therapeutic Links and IAM (Identity and Access Management) and with the National Register. Our teams are working on it to solve this as soon as possible. We will update this page at 10:00.

Impact

Multiple eHealth services and the National Register are currently unavailable due to network issues.

Impacted services are:

  • ConsultRN excepted for the BISS numbers
  • Creation of therapeutic relations
  • Creation and revocation of a consent
  • Creation and revocation of the therapeutic relations (only if the transaction specifies EID verification with IDSupport) through Hub/Metahub transactions (reference register)
  • MyHealthViewer
  • PARIS excepted for the BISS numbers
  • Orgadon
  • Tardis
  • MyHealth: there is a failure when verifying 'parental' access for users with children
  • CareLink (care relationship)
