Description:

Access to eHealth basic services and value-added services was severly disturbed.

Impact:

Solved - Several eHealth services were disturbed.

The BCP environment was active since 9:15. Following applications were working in business continuity-mode:

- Chapter IV

- eAttest (MCN)

- Etkdepot

- Generic Insurability

- Identity & Access Management (AA, STS)

- Insurability

- KGSS

- Member Data (MCN)

- Metahub

- Tarification / Tarification Mediprima (MCN)

- Timestamp Authority

- Recip-e Executor (v2, v3, v4)
