- There are currently issues with Therlink and RNConsult due to an external incident. Our teams are working on a solution and are in contact with our partner. - See incident on the CBSS Status page. - Issues have been solved from 11:45. 
- Impact:
- Users may experience issues when creating a therapeutic link or when consulting a person’s data in the National Register. - The following services are impacted, including the applications (like Vitalink or Trio) using them: - ConsultRN excepted for the BISS numbers
- Creation of therapeutic relations
- Creation and revocation of a consent
- Creation and revocation of the therapeutic relations (only if the transaction specifies EID verification with IDSupport) through Hub/Metahub transactions (reference register)

- PARIS excepted for the BISS numbers

- MyHealth: there is a failure when verifying 'parental' access for users with children
