We are currently experiencing an impact on CoZo Services.
Our technical teams are investigating the issue. 

Interhub and intrahub connections may be disturbed.

Users may be unable to retrieve results.

We are encountering delays for a limited part of calls to Recip-e Prescriber (for physicians) and Recip-e Executor (for pharmacists).

End users may experience delays for Recip-e Prescriber for doctors and Recip-e Executor for pharmacists.

There are currently issues with chapter IV due to a timestamp token error. Our teams are working on a solution.

Users may experience issues retrieving chapter IV attestations.

Since a few days we see failed MDA Async messages on WCN, ICN, VSB and MCN
The investigation on the rootcause is ongoing and has the highest priority.

This error was due to a bug in the configuration of the regional platforms. This has been solved in the meantime.

There are currently issues with KGSS (Key Generation and Storage System) causing an impact on Recipe, Chapter IV and GFD-DDP.

Users may experience issues with Recip-e, Chapter IV and GFD-DDP.

Update 12:25: a solution has been implemented and the services are stable again.

Update 11:00: the solution solved a part of the issues but not all of them. There are still issues with ETEE (End to End Encryption), ETKDepot, and SSO (Single Sign On), COBRHA, 1733, Recip-e prescriber and the portal. Our teams are investigating this and are making every effort to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Update 10:25: our teams are currently implementing the solution. Next update will be at 11:00.

Update 9:50: our teams will implement a solution soon.

There are currently issues with the eHealth services due to a planned intervention. 

Users experience issues with multiple eHealth services, 1733 and Recipe prescriber.

UPDATE 11:25 : The rootcause of this incident was found and resolved, services are getting back to normal

There are currently issues with Data Attribute Service (DAAS). 

Users (physicians) may experience issues with the Mult-eMediatt services.

Our partner is investigating the issue.

UPDATE 16:00: a switch was done to decrease the impact. 

There are around 25% of failure on the IndemnityBeneficiary calls (used to control if a patient has rights to benefits). These call are only integrated in the Mult-eMediAtt service. 

Users of Trio should not have any errors.

The errors should decrease the switch of 16:00.
