Delays in creation of eHealth certificates Solved

Description

There are currently delays in the creation of eHealth certificates.

Users may receive errors when creating or renewing their eHealth certificate.

  • the error only occur if the second (completion) or third step (activation of the encryption) is tried less than 5 minutes after the previous step
  • if the user waits 5 minutes, there should be no error

This issue is currently in investigation with our partner.

  • Error during the creation or renewal of an eHealth certificate
  • Impacts on all users using the eHealth requestor and trying to get a certificate or renew an active one
  • Retry a few minutes later solves the issue
