Door de verhoging van het aantal aanvragen toegezonden voor de leden van Solidaris stond verwerkingstijd van deze aanvragen in de Back-End bij e mutualiteit onder druk. Als gevolg hiervan konden deze oplopen of op een time out lopen. Ondertussen werden de acties opgestart om de capaciteit om de aanvragen te verhogen opgestart en zo snel als mogelijk toegepast.

Impact was voelbaar op de transacties Tarificatie, GMD en CHIV aanvragen elke varieerden dat tragere responstijden of tijdelijke/korte onbeschikbaarheid. Aanvragen van andere types zoals Verzekerbaarheid, CHIV consulaties en dergelijke werden indien nodig ondersteunt door de FallBack IO.

L'impact s'est fait sentir sur les transactions Tarification, GMD et demandes CHIV, chacune variant en fonction des temps de réponse plus lents ou de l'indisponibilité temporaire/courte. Les demandes d'autres types, telles que l'assurabilité, les consultations CHIV et autres, ont été prises en charge par FallBack OA orsque cela s'avérait nécessaire.

Vertraging in opvragingen Tarificatie voor hun leden zijn mogelijk. 

Tarificatie : Opvragingen voor de leden van IO600 kunnen trager verlopen dan gewoonlijk. Dit zijn beperkte aantallen (Low)

Memberdata : Wordt ondersteund door de Fall Back IO mechanisme zodoende de bevraging voor de leden van IO600 door de zorgverleners succesvol wordt gefaciliteerd

• Vertragingen richting het platform mogelijk tot onbereikbaarheid. 
• BCP toegangspoorten zijn open en beschikbaar. Indien de software hier weg mee kan, kan dit als tijdelijke oplossing gebruikt worden. We zien verhoogde access gebeuren en succesvol beantwoorden van transacties via die weg.

• Onderzoek nog steeds aan de gang. Nog geen timing beschikbaar tot verhelping van het incident.
• Incident wordt beschouwd als een Prio 1 en wordt behandeld met de hoogst mogelijke prioriteit, aandacht, inzet van resources

• Confirmatie van het feit dat zorgverleners welke via hun software toegang hebben via onze BCP poorten transacties zoals Vezekerbaarheid, CHIV, Tarif en GMD succesvol verwerkt krijgen
• Er wordt in parallel van verhelping van het incident tevens onderzocht om de trafiek om te leiden via de BCP poorten voor 'iedereen'

Hierdoor is het mogelijk dat het uitstraling heeft naar andere platform binnen het MijnGezondheids domein.

Vanuit monitoring werd een vertraging in verwerkingtijden van een beperkte set aan transacties opgemerkt. Onmiddellijk werden acties opgestart teinde de omgeving terug zijn stabiliteit te doen herwinnen.

• 8:40 :
  • Start vertragingen met onmiddellijk start van acties
• 8:48 :
  • Stabiliteit herwonnen in het algemeen
  • Uitzondering is de transactie eAttest waarvoor we merken dat ongeveer 25% in error gaat. Alle andere worden succesvol beantwoord.
    • Dit is in onderzoek en trachten we asap te verhelpen
