Since 14:54 the situation has been stabilized. There should be no more impact on the users. Our teams are taking action to definitely solve the issue.

Users may receive errors (SOA-02002) when calling the Recip-e services. 

The Recip-e executor service is impacted with a more limited disturbance on the Prescriber service.
