During the migration to the new infrastructure and incident occured with GMF service.

We performed a rollback to solve the incident. Further investigation will be done before a new rollout.

The issue has now been resolved, and services are functioning normally. Investigations are ongoing to determine the root cause

There have been disturbances impacting the RNConsult PersonService.

Possible failures with the following services:

• ConsultRN PersonService
• Creation of therapeutic relations
• Creation and revocation of a consent
• Creation and revocation of the therapeutic relations (only if the transaction specifies EID verification with IDSupport) through Hub/Metahub transactions (reference register)
• MyHealthViewer
• PARIS excepted for the BISS numbers
• Orgadon
• Tardis
• eCare Qermid
• MyHealth: there is a failure when verifying 'parental' access for users with children
• CareLink (care relationship)

There are disturbances with the FAS services, impacting the authentication on services through ItsMe or eID.

An error may occur when trying to log in by using ItsMe or eID.

There are currently issues impacting the RNConsult services:

• PersonService, PersonInfoGroupService, EncodedPersonService, PseudoPersonService
• InscriptionService, EncodedInscription, SsinHistory, CbssPersonService, PseudoInscriptionService
